Some parts may need to be ordered specifically for your appliance or equipment. Special-order parts may require prepayment.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage, if provided, applies only to the specific repair performed and the specific parts installed by Best Pro Appliance Repair.

Warranty does not cover unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions, misuse, improper installation by others, lack of maintenance, power issues, water damage, pest damage, clogged drains, refrigerant leaks in areas not repaired by us, customer-supplied parts, or equipment that is no longer economically repairable.

Warranty terms may vary by service type and will be provided on the invoice, estimate, or service documentation when applicable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the appliance, HVAC system, refrigeration equipment, electrical panels, water shutoff valves, rooftop units, crawl spaces, attics, or other service areas.

The customer is also responsible for securing pets, clearing the work area, providing parking or access instructions, and ensuring that an authorized adult is present when required.

8. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
