How much does a service call cost?
$85 for household appliances and $120 for HVAC. The technician finds the cause and gives you a flat price before any work starts. In 70–80% of cases the breakdown is minor and the repair costs about $165–$195.
Is my appliance worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
After the diagnostic you get a flat price for the repair, so you can compare it with the cost of a new appliance before you decide. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay only for the service call.

What if the problem comes back?
Replaced parts and labor are covered by a 6-month warranty — we come back and fix it at no charge. And if you are not satisfied with our work, we refund your money.
