How fast can a technician come?
During business hours (8 AM – 10 PM, 7 days a week) a technician usually arrives within 2–3 hours of your call. If you book online, you pick the time that suits you.
How much does a service call cost?
$85 for household appliances and $120 for HVAC. The technician finds the cause and gives you a flat price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, the service call is included in that price; if you don’t, you pay only for the service call. In 70–80% of cases the breakdown is minor and the repair costs about $185–$280.
Is my appliance worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
After the diagnostic you get a flat price for the repair, so you can compare it with the cost of a new appliance before you decide. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay only for the service call.
